Gayaza High School
Gayaza High School is the oldest all-girls boarding secondary school in Uganda, covering grades 8 to 13. The school is church-founded, government-aided and accredited by the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Sports.
The school is located in Gayaza town, Gayaza Zone B Local Council One (LC1), Kasangati town council, Kyadondo County, Wakiso District, approximately 19 kilometres (12 mi) northeast of Kampala, Uganda's capital city.
Immaculate Heart Girls' School
The school is a government-aided one, offering both ordinary and advanced-level classes. It is fully accredited by the Uganda National Examinations Board as an examination centre.
The school is located in Rukungiri Municipality, Rukungiri District in the South Western part of Uganda.
King’s College, Budo
King’s College Budo is a mixed, residential, secondary school in Central Uganda (Buganda). The school was originally started as a boys-only school for the sons of chiefs and kings. In 1934, girls were also admitted, making it a mixed-sex education school.
The school is located on Naggalabi Hill, in the southern Wakiso District, off the Kampala-Masaka Road. This location lies approximately 14 kilometres (8.7 mi) southwest of the central business district of Kampala, the capital of Uganda and the largest city in that country.
Seeta High School (main campus)
Seeta High School opened its gates to the world in 2000. It marked 20 years of existence this year. It has made its mark on the educational history of the country as a towering academic giant. It is located in Mukono district. It is a mixed-boarding secondary school with ordinary and advanced levels of education.
It has four campuses;
Main Campus (in Seeta before Kigunga trading centre), A-level Campus (along Kampala- Jinja Highway 1km after Wantoni), Mbalala campus on Kampala – Jinja Highway (5 Km after Mukono town) and Green Campus 3kms along Kayunga – Bugerere road.
Uganda Martyrs S. S. Namugongo
The school was founded by the late Msgr. Lawrence Mbwega, the parish priest then, who wrote a book in which he stated that three people should never be forgotten when naming the founders of Uganda Martyrs' S.S. Namugongo.
Uganda Martyrs' Secondary School Namugongo is a privately sponsored secondary school in Uganda. The school is located in Kira Sub-County, Wakiso District, Uganda.

Mt. St. Mary’s, Namagunga
Mt. St. Mary's College is a girls' boarding school for "O" and "A" levels. It was founded in 1942 by Mother Kevina of the Franciscan Missionary Sisters for Africa, a congregation of nuns originating in Ireland.
The school is located in Kyaggwe County in Mukono district, 44 km east of Kampala along the Kampala Jinja Highway.
St. Mary’s Sec School, Kitende

Madinah Islamic Sec Sch, Nsangi
Madinah Islamic Secondary School (M.I.S.S) was established in the third term of 2010 by Sheikh Busuulwa Abdul Noor and Mr. Ssevume Farouq in partnership with Nviiri Musa and Mbalirwa Ishakka. At first, it was on a piece of land equivalent to one hectare. However, due to enthusiastic strategies to turn it into a giant institution, it now occupies six hectares of land.
M.I.S.S is located in Wakiso District, Busiro County, Nsangi Sub County, at Katereke village. It is situated along Masaka Highway 10km from Kampala, branching off from the opposite side of Nsangi Police Post 1km to Katereke, where the school is located.
Mary Hill High School
Maryhill High School is a Catholic-founded girls’ O and A-level boarding school located at Nyamitanga Hill in Mbarara District in the Western Region of Uganda. The school is affiliated with the Roman Catholic Diocese of Mbarara. It was started in 1961 with the aim of promoting the education of girl children to build the nation.
It is located on Nyamitanga Hill, about 2.5 kilometres from Mbarara town along the Mbarara-Kabale Highway.
Namilyango College
Namilyango College is a boys-only boarding middle and high school located in Mukono District in the Central Region of Uganda, whose history and excellence in sports and academics have made it one of the most prestigious schools in Uganda. It is Uganda's oldest secondary school, founded in 1902 by the Catholic Mill Hill Fathers.
The school campus is situated on Namilyango Hill, approximately 6 kilometres (3.7 mi), by road, southwest of Mukono Town, the district headquarters, and about 4 kilometres (2 mi), by road, south of the township of Seeta, the nearest trading centre.
St. Henry’s College, Kitovu
St. Henry's College Kitovu (SHACK), is a boys-only government-aided boarding middle and high school in Uganda.
The school campus is located on Kitovu Hill, elevation:1,300 metres (4,300 ft), situated in the eastern suburbs of the city of Masaka in Masaka District, the Central Region of Uganda.
St. Joseph’s Sec School, Naggalama
St. Joseph’s Senior Secondary School Naggalama is a catholic founded non-profit making private co-educational day and boarding school under the management of Lugazi Diocese and the parents.
