The Heart Soothers - A play by Sylvester Onzivua

The Heart Soothers is a dynamic play that critically reflects on contemporary social values in Africa. It is a story of two young university graduates who opt to live together "for better, for worse." It is a story of bitter betrayal and revenge; of deep in ternal conflict and fear of the unknown. Sylvester Onzivua is a medical doctor by profession. His area of specialization is forensic and anatomical pathology. He is a con tributing author of the book Forensic Medicine, Medical Law and Ethics in East Africa published in 2005. He was also among the first regular contributors to the humor column The Rib Breakers in the The Monitor newspaper in Uganda.
