MK THEMATIC ENGLISH PRACTICE BOOK TWO 

The MK Thematic English Practice Book Two meets the learning and teaching requirements for Primary Two Thematic Curriculum.

The book aims at:

(a) enhancing development of language skills, (b) consolidating classroom work,

(c) helping children to progress on their own,

(d) Introducing children to reading skills.

The learner achieves the above objectives through the following.

(i) Reading Words

(ii) Structures

(iii) Activities and Exercises

(iv) Pictures

The four language skills I.e., listening, speaking, reading and writing, are integrated in the recommended activities and exercises.

There are fifty reading words, each of which is accompanied by a picture. These words and pictures cover the vocabulary as suggested in the Thematic Curriculum for Term 3. In reading. the pupils are expected to associate the pictures with the word-vocabulary given.
