This book is written in line with the Guidelines for Early Childhood Development (ECD) prepared by the National Centre for Early Childhood Education (NACECE).

Pre-number activities focus on classification skills designed to develop the child's ability to think and reason logically while number activities aim to develop early mathematical concepts and skills.

Measurement activities expose the child to basic measurement concepts and vocabulary.

Repeat exercises are provided at the bottom of each page using real objects that the child can identify with to develop interest and a positive attitude towards mathematics activities.

The workbook is ideal for use both at school and at home for 5+ year old children.
